My insurance is 137.00 a month. I look at my bank account today and they hit my account for 250.00, when i called they said they automatically renew my policy. RATS. what do i do now. account 91.00 remaining and my other important bills are due too. The money in my account was to the tee. Now i am so short and so upset. What should I do. I have direct deposit and i can not afford to miss rent on the first but when my other bills come out, i am screwed.

You mean to say that if I pay a balance down to $0 to a collection account that is 4yrs old, it actually restarts the 7 yr SOL still showing on my credit report?
