I am also looking for Loanshop/Broadmo Loanshop? Anyone have a number?

So back in March of 2000 I had a bank account at washington mutual. I overdrafted it and never paid it back. I never heard anything from anyone about it, but I was put on chexsystems for it. Just last night I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency about this debt. Now the statute of limitations in my state is 6 years . . . . From what I understand about credit reporting (for which they just recently put the debt on my report as March 2006, and I'm disputing that)there is a 6 month period from when your last payment is done and the 6 years start.

who would I talk to concernung a missed payment. I have no phone number to contact them.

How can I get a list of every credit item in collections and the creditors as well as the credit bureau they are using?

I have a loan with Payday Yes and they are now denying that they do/did business in PA, even though that is where I live. I sent them a letter stating that I have more than paid off the original $500 loan and requested that they mark the account "paid in full" and then reimburse me the extra $540 that I have paid. They agreed to mark the loan paid in full but refuse to reimburse me. Any suggestions on what to do from here.

:evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: Ok....I can deal with a lot of things, but a computer problem on the very last payday before Christmas....ARRRGGGHHH! Payroll was not direct deposited today, and is not likely to be until the computer is fixed. They can't even manually cut checks right now. And I have yet to buy my older son's Christmas stuff.

Well it's x-mas once again and instead of enjoying a stress free time, with family and so on I NEED HELP from someone if anyone knows this scam .
