what i make per month is not enough, i have been paying past debts too. now no money is left for shopping, i know i should have started thinking earlier...anyway, i visited a payday loan site that says money will be deposited in my acct. within 24 hrs. is it legit. should i go for this? pls suggest.

my question is that nco collection agency has called and talked to me. they wanted my bank account number and such. i refused. i gave him my atm card number knowing that he could only take our $50 a month. he then demanded my bank acount number. i refused again. he took $50 out already and has harassed me for days. the person i am speaking of is a mr. peterson (think a vice president). i have been getting nasty, rude phone calls from his company.

i have this weird situation. i keep getting these harassing phone calls from this credit card company but i've never had a credit card with them. they keep asking for someone that i don't even know. i've been called a liar by one rep and she just told me to pay my bill but i'm not this woman. i have been keeping record of there calls with in the last 6 days they have called me 30 times. i have finally started telling them that i'm going to seek an attorney, but still the calls don't stop. i don't know what to do or where to go. should i file a complaint with someone and if so who?

Hi...I have poor credit, and I have gotten myself in major financial trouble with several online payday loans. I have been working a lot of overtime at work just to keep up with the roll-over fees. Yes, I know I screwed up big-time. I was wondering if there is some way to consolidate all these loans. I'm willing to work my butt off to pay these off, but I'm not getting anywhere. I have 3 kids to support, my savings account is now over-drawn because of all this, and my power is about to be shut off. I am at my wits end here. I can't sleep, and it's really getting to me.
