What can I do to get out of debt payday loans.19 years 1 month ago I just started a new job, I decided to get a payday loan, it was easy, I tried to help some family members and it was all to easy. Now I have about 5 loans and each pay is being eaten up by interest, and payments. Now I am behind on rent, what can I do to get out.

My situation is when I was 18(now 22) I was some what tricked to one of those IT/ learning program the whole loan amount was 16,700. Year passed, a few day recently I try to apply for a house loan, and was told that I owe 26,000.00 to a collection agency coming from the student loan. This hitted me by surprise, so I called the collection agency and explain my situation, what they offer me was that I can pay it off with 14k but it will still be on my record.

All he is going to do is try to get them to where they dont lend in my state thats all, what do i do about my loan I called him and told him but he said they can still sue me ect. its up to a judge to decide.... i donr get it i thought the department of corporations helps you!!!!

I need help to get out of debt.19 years 1 month ago About 9 years ago I lost a great job I had because someone who was a "favorite" of the bigwigs had me fired.
I tried and tried to get out of debt, but my rent kept increasing along with medical expenses due to an infection I had.
As a result of the horrendous expenses I've had to move in with my folks 5 yerars ago.
I've tried the "old-fashioned" ways to get out of debt, but to no avail and I don't know who to turn to.
