Probably going to be thrown out but I have a question and I know a lot of young people are reading this board. What is the worst mistake a person can make regarding debt or getting into debt? Is it credit cards,pdl,or something else. I am not judging any one I just hope someone will think before taking the loan or credit card. From reading the post,a lot of us are in finacial trouble even myself so if we could help or give advice maybe just one person would listen.

 

collection agency calls every weekend and leaves message

goes something like this -we have attemted to call you but you have not returned our calls,it is important that you return this call Mon-Fri between 8am eastern standard time and 9pm. The call is for my daughter and this has been going on for 5 months and untill last week she did not live here.I can not get her to call them - so what do I tell them?

At first I thought this was a good deal, and was going to settle with them. But, now I am not so sure if I should. I am still trying to figure out if they operate legally in my state. thank you Quote:

What can I do to get out of debt payday loans.

I just started a new job, I decided to get a payday loan, it was easy, I tried to help some family members and it was all to easy. Now I have about 5 loans and each pay is being eaten up by interest, and payments. Now I am behind on rent, what can I do to get out.

Please pardon my english, as it not my first language. My situation is when I was 18(now 22) I was some what tricked to one of those IT/ learning program the whole loan amount was 16,700. Year passed, a few day recently I try to apply for a house loan, and was told that I owe 26,000.00 to a collection agency coming from the student loan. This hitted me by surprise, so I called the collection agency and explain my situation, what they offer me was that I can pay it off with 14k but it will still be on my record.

 

I need a quick payday loan my Debit MC Acct?

They are no help to me.......... i made a complaint and was assigned to Mr. Thompson. All he is going to do is try to get them to where they dont lend in my state thats all, what do i do about my loan I called him and told him but he said they can still sue me ect. its up to a judge to decide.... i donr get it i thought the department of corporations helps you!!!!

HELP!!!! I cannot figure out what to get for my husband for Christmas..He told me he got me something that will make me wild (we won't go into detail) but so far all I've gotten for him is clothes. Give me some advice, people..What can I get for him that will be sooo incredible he won't be able to stand it?
