I've been back and forth with nationwide for the last few days. I spoke with someone name Dave, Taheerah, and Paul Mitchell. When I tried to make payment arrangements with them they told me that I was commiting fraud and that they were going to send the official to come and lock me up. I'm so nervous about this I just want to be finish with them ad move on with my life. I live in New York City and wanted to ask anybody if they have some tips for me. I have broken arrangements with them twice before but still contact them to let them know I don't have the amount they are asking for.

Ok - I just had a call from one of the store front pdls that I was using (the check bounced)and I asked this guy if I could make payments to them. He said that the State of Ohio doesn't allow that? This does not sound right. Has any one heard of this? I just want to resolve this.

OK they finally called me (my loan was due Dec 13) and all they are doing is saying no deal, no partial payments - pay us in full or we take you to court. Oh and they never received my letters. I was speaking to someone named Madeline Drew. She told me that CTC NEVER EVER takes partial payments. True??? Has anyone had any luck in negotiating with them???? HELP - I'm freaking out as I keep getting calls at work!
