Is the loan shop the same as m1ydirect and if not, does anyone know how to get ahold of the loan shop?

My friend Lisa is a single mother with a kid. Luckily she got a job in October and trying hard to get back on track. She has been paying her due bills. Though the job does not pay much, still it is ok. The problem is she wants to do some shopping before/during Christmas. Can you all help her prepare a good budget?

I know many here can relate to the late night worries of problems with finance and debt. Why does it seem to overwhelm us so bad late at night when we try and go to sleep. Is it that we are alone with our own thoughts and the hustle of the day is over temporarily. I thought maybe we all could post here some suggestions and ideas about how to get through the night, maybe how not to worry and how to get some sleep. This time of year probably is the worst but I would suspect that after 1/1/07 we will see an influx of late night posts.

im 20 years old and already about 13000 dollars in debt. lost my job with the government, lost my car, couldnt afford my credit cards anymore, and ive fell behind probably like 6 months. i need to get this going before i get too far in debt. please help

Geez, I don't know where to start. I owned a house with a partner. We broke up and I moved out. They told me they would refinance with the new love and it never happened. Then they filed bankruptcy and included that half of the house. Then I had to have surgery and you know how disability works. I can't pay my bills and the house will probably go into foreclosure. Then I may be stuck with the second mortgage which is about 25K. Funny how life works huh. I am about to lose it all. I don't know how much I can take. Thanks for letting me post and vent.

Northway debit keeps taking money from my acct every friday and now my aact is over drawn i will have my bank stop payment because when i look at previous months they have takin at least 700 dollars in the last month or so
