I stopped paying on this one cc because I could not afford to pay 800.00 monthly payments. I called in June and explained I needed assistance in lowering the monthly payments by them reducing the interest rate or whatever method was available. Got no assistance and advised I could only afford to pay 300.00 monthly. They did not want this. They did say they would settle for $15,000. If I can get a loan to cover this, I can make the monthly payment. Is there any hope in getting a loan fast.

How do I remove my user from being affected by this bad credit? I have been getting many calls from the creditor and have been denied loans because my credit report shows I have not been able to make there payments. This same information is being listed on the user that I had on that account.

Well I sent my first payment of $100 today by money gram, it's less than what they said they wanted, they want three payments of $243 each which I told them I can't afford. I hope they accept this, all my other payday loan companies have been very nice and accomodating to my financial situation, has anyone else dealt with cashnetusa? did you send less than what they wanted? if so what happened? I'm trying not to let myself get scared about this but it's hard!
