Calls from Bennett and Delony18 years 9 months ago I keep getting a recorded message on my voice mail at work by Bennett and Delony. This has been going on for about a month. I have not recieved anything at home, I do not owe anything other than my Christmas charges that I just placed on credit cards. I have paid off my home etc. etc. own my car. Should I answer the call? If it was really important wouldn't I get something in the mail, or at home?
Christmas Blessing18 years 9 months ago Hi folks I just wanted to share with you all that i recieved an unsolicited check in the mail today from a settlement with an insurance co via a class action lawsuit out of Clarksville, TN. it was in regards to a car I had 5 years ago. It's a legitimate check so I look at it as one of God's blessings for me this day.

OR
Do I have 30 days to dispute a debt from the time I receive communication from a debt collector?
