I am primarily interested in knowing if anyone from Washington State has obtained loans from Sonic Payday, CTC, or any other online payday lenders that are not licensed in Washington.

Those of you in the US should consider reporting Sonic et al to your State Department of Financial Institutions or other such agency that regulates payday lenders. Many of the online payday lenders are not licensed, but States must prove that there are loans going on in their state before they can get jurisdiction.
