Yeah I cut and past the IN payday loan law and it had the word Meridi an in the address the spam filter came bacn and said it considered "meridi a" to be a bad word.. someone want to help me with this one.. :D

I see a lot of posts and the SOL is mentioned quite a bit. So I thought I would chime in with some support and useful philosophy for those who are worried or need some comfort. The 7 year rule is entirely arbitrary. There is no special commission or law that defined that a consumer was credit rehabilitated at 7 years (10 years if you were BK). The credit bureaus just pulled that number out of their.. well you get the point. I would like to see something to the contraty. If it weren't for the laws, they would probaly report forever if they could get away with it.

Just started getting calls this month from 888-896-7262. Since I don't know what state it is from, I couldn't get any info on the free internet phone lookup sites. I filed on who's calling.us - I was the only one. It comes as an automated call which my phone automatically picks up. The message was very hard to decipher as the woman had a very heavy accent. She said the message was for ------- -------, the man who had my phone number before the man who had my phone number before the woman who had my phone number before me.

I recieved a loan from them. They were surpose to dept all there money out of my acct they only dept the f charges and i dont wont to keep paying them i need a number for them or email address.
