I recieved a loan from them. They were surpose to dept all there money out of my acct they only dept the f charges and i dont wont to keep paying them i need a number for them or email address. I am currently trapped in debt. I couldn't afford 2 of my credit card payments so I got them into a debt collection (roughly $30,000). On top of that I am trying to eliminate the remaining balances on my other credit cards (roughly $14,000). I think that consolidating the balances into a low interest rate loan would help greatly but I have not equity on my house so I don't know how to secure the loan. Any thoughts would be a help.

I hear so many people talking about how horrible these collectors are. What would the perfect collection experience be? What should the collector say if you say you don't have the money? What is a great collection experience?

Can anyone give me the name of a debt consolidation company that works with payday loans? I am trying to settle with these companies but I am having little luck. At this point I think it may be easier to have an outsider deal with them.

I was served with these form interrogatories and was hoping there is a laywer here or anyone with past experience who can help me answer these questions. FYI. Debt wasn't properly validated. They only sent me random copies of statements as debt validation.

I have a payday loan with Apollo Funding. I cannot find the information for them. Do you have a telephone number? My loan is paid off, however, funds are still being withdrawn from my account. Last pay period, money was re-funded into my account, but now monies are being withdrawn again.

I live in Dallas. I am buried in Payday loans. After reading on here for a couple of weeks I decided the best way out of this mess was to change bank accounts and close the old one. I was unable to get the old account closed due to a pending rent check I had written in the last week of November that I did not want to bounce. Long and short of it is I did not close old account. Because they where internet loans and going to be a an ACH debit i thought the wouldn't honor them with no funds from my direct deposit in there. Well they did and now my account is over 2000 negative.

Make a list of what you will need to buy. Donate unwanted things to charity. Think before you buy something impulsively.
