We got a call from asset acceptance llc claiming that my mother owes over $3,000.00 because of some fee she did not pay over 13 years ago. She had absoultely no idea what they were talking about and requested information of how and what she spent that money on. But sure enough they claimed they did not have that kind of information, only a vertification of my mother once having the mastercard fleet credit card.

my loan is due tomorrow and i want to extend it, how do I do that when I got the loan online?

I have somebody from this number: 513-657-3245 that is calling a nonlisted unpublished phone number and would like to know how i can email this person because if it is a debt issue i have already hired representation on accounts going through them and will provide them the correct number to discuss the matters with because that is my right and as stated they are not supposed to be calling me

I am looking to consolidate my loans but my credit is bad :( and so far I can not get a debt consolidation loan. It is cracy because I could afford the monthly payments, just not when I am paying 10 creditors at a time. Does the debt consol. company pay the debt, or do they give you the money and then you have to pay the debt? Does debt consolidation make credit even worse? Any advice is appreciated. I am on the verge of just filing bankrupcy, but I am not sure things are THAT bad yet. I make decent $$ I just have a hard time paying so many different bills.

I just got an email requesting payment using an international money order from an internet pdl. Have any of you all ever had to use this? I never knew that the Money Orders from the Post Office were only negotiable in the US. Thanks!

Through this site (which I'm eternally grateful for finding), I signed up with a debt consolidation company recommended by you. So far so good, except with one PDL company, sonic payday. The collector from there is calling, saying they don't deal with debt consolidators and I'm being charged every day I don't pay. He says the only acceptable solution is for me to pay outright. I told him I'm waiting to see what CCCA does and he just keeps calling back. He gets more and more threatening every time, so I told him to send anything in writing.

What about Payday loans? Do you assist with this or tell me who I can go to about it?
