Hi, I am currently an ex-college student, taking a break due to depression and panic attacks, among other things, and have experienced bad credit due to poor choices. I currently have a repossessed car which i owe about $11,000 on, and currently am in a back balance of about $800 on. I also owe about $500 in past due utilities, $400 in past due rent, and about $1200 on a closed credit card. I am trying to repair my credit, get my car back so I can find work, and fix my life. Please help me, thank you.

Hi, I am just sitting in shock over what I have read regarding this company. I like you paid the funds to Bass and Associates. However, when I received the call, they told me that I was being fined a much larger amount than what I received from Platinum B. We made arrangements over the phone and I agreed to pay half of which I did but I still owe the other half. I have already sent more that what I initially borrowed. Am I still liable for that other money?

where can i get a copy of this type of letter? do you think if i send one to cash call it will work?

I have been getting charges to my account for these pdls NETCASHUSA, DMS MARKETINGLOANSHOP,MTE FINANCIAL, and UNITED CASH. I thought that I had paid all of my pdls and to be honest don't remember setting up these loans. I researched googled these lenders and have found some numbers. WHat do you suggest that I do next?

So I just recieved a phone call phone some guy at cashnet500 saying that he's with their "legal" dept. I told him that since they aren't licensed in my state, I've already filed complaints with the BBB and my AG's office, and that the banking authority is opening an investigation into them I wouldn't be paying them another cent. So for a new threat he said "I will be calling your supervisor and telling him that since his name is on legal documents he can and will also be sued for you not upholding your obligation.

MTE Financial made an unauthorized debit to my bank account and I don't have any dealings with them. I don't even know who they are or how they got my information. How can I find out what to do about this situation I am in? I have never filed an application with them.
