I am in desperate need of advice. I am receiving harassing calls and my mother is also receiving the same calls. I have a legitimate debt but I have tried to tell the people that I don't have the money to pay, I am barely squeaking by paying my bills getting gas for work and groceries. I have 3 over due unpaid credit card debts and the last company I called for help told me that I didn't have enough debt for them to help me. I figure I owe at least $5,000 between the 3 credit card companies.

[size=6][/size]Recently I got a credit card with Bank of America as overdraft protection from my bank. The story went was I didn't know anything about credit cards at the time because I was new at it and I'm 21 and still in college.

I'm so upset with these people today more than ever, i sent my letter to the ag's office and the bank. The bank told me route will not get to my account again but guess what they did!!

FYI................... Nothing angers a collector more than a person hanging up on them, or picking up the phone and hanging it up without saying hello. I will say this,they do this to piss you off. They know how upset it makes you to keep calling back, and now you know what it does to them.....LOL

What are the laws in illinois?? I have a few payday loans out I am trying to find out the laws. I have been paying on one throught United cash loans since sept 13th they keep on rolling it over I am trying to pay it off completely...Thanks

I haven't rolled it over. My pay date changed and although I notified them in advance and have prrof of the request they still attempted to debit my account 4 times in four days causing the Bank to charge me NSF fees. What should I do. They should be responsible for those fees and deduct then from my balance, since they did not do what they were supposed too.
