Xpress cash continue to take money out of my account from a loan I have in February. When I got my money on the 17 of November, they took out 300 dollars. I asked the customer clerk why did they take out money without sending me a letter in the mail and he said that they did not have to do this. This is balogna.

I got a call today from a Katherine Hallbergg from a company called Bass & Assc stating that I have frauded a US govt bank and that is wasn't a misdemeanor because I Arrowhead Investment tried to take out a payment from my bank account and it came back as a NSF. She proceeded to ask me if I or anyone in my house was on parole or if I had ever been in trouble with the law. I told her no.

I have six payday loans out and of course don't have money for food, gas, etc. One of the loans was due last week and I defaulted on it. After endless calls from this company - Cash Transfer Central - I finally returned my call. I told them I couldn't pay the entire amount off at one time and would make payments. They said the entire amount had to be paid off by 12-5-06 and if it wasn't, my payroll department would be contacted and they would garnish the money from my coming check. Can they do this without a court order?

Instead of asking me questions like a human being, he calls me at work (I dispatch 911) and is rude to my co-workers and hangs up on them. I also have him on a recorded line yelling at me.
