One time last month - and twice this past week - we've had three seperate people come to verify the occupanyc of our home. The first time, it was a man with a white paper and all he said and the paper said was to ".Call Mortgage company". My husband's name was listed, but all other info was blank (address, account, number to call, company of mortgage). We have a first and second mortgage. My husband was discharged from a CH . 13 in May 2012 after repaying five years. Last week we had someone come, block our driveway and wait for him. Same thing.

Yes I have had a lot of issues with them.. They are trying to say that I owe money that was put in my acct but I never knew how they got the information and how they put it in the name of the company is SGQ they kept taking money from my acct but I kept trying to tell them I never asked for the 300.00 but no one would evr come to the phone and I kept leaving messages. Finally after paying 5 times the money back I finally got wise and stopped payment on them now this company is trying to take another 500.00 from me.. Does anyone no about National Credit adjusters..Please help V Shea

My father is getting calls from someone called "Hyperion Recovery" looking for him to pay 693 dollars on a 100 dollar loan. First off, he's a NYS resident so it's obviously illegal. This is the info they gave us Original Creditor : http://national-paydayloan.com/ I went to their website and cannot find a phone number. I sent them a contact but doubt they will answer. Does anyone know of their number? If so, should I just call up and ask if they have my father on file?
