Well.... I've made two steps in the right direction. I put a hold on my checking account which will prevent all debits and I've emailed and faxed my payday loan lenders. When they try to debit my account on Thursday they won't get anything. I'm preparing myself mentally for the calls to start. I live in Minnesota and I have the following payday loans: cashcentral; paydayok; cashnetusa; tendollarpaydayloan; and paydayselect. anyone deal with these lenders and what was the outcome?

Dear Editor, I have my two cars repossessed 4 years ago. I live in the State of Delaware. I was going through a divorce at the time. I have no hopes of paying it back because now I have school loans from undergraduate and graduate schools. I have suffered from lack of credit, and I am just waiting. i have just recently sent a dv letter certified mail to a collection agency collecting for a cc bought by some1 else.the amounts seemed very high and were increased by 1000s over a very small pd of time,i,ve been reading that until they send validation they have to stop collection activities.what does that mean? does that mean phone calls also?also i am worried they may try to file suit can they do that while during validation process if i asked for it within 30 day period?
