I recently applied for a federal job and was put "on hold" because of my bad credit. i was divorced in 2004 but hadn't lived with my wife since 2000. She had our car and furniture repoed, and it was in my name. not to mention the credit cards that were left unpaid. i've disputed these items twice and some of them have been removed. in the divorce decree, the judge ordered that my ex pay the car and furniture debts, but she (ex) i snow incarcerated and the collection agencies are coming after me. they are Hilco rec, Midland credit, capital one bank, palisades collections, and colectrite.

So I would like to know what everyone's thoughts are on why people actually take out payday loans? can you not get a credit card, borrow money from a bank or borrow money from friends or relatives? for those of you that have more than 4 pdl's, why is it you can't use any of the above alternatives? LET 'ER RIP!

i had my idenity stollen and i'm in debt to a bank.how can i pay them off without any trouble? me and my wife are trying to get a house but i can't get a lone if i don't clear this debt.the last time i heard from them they said that the amount was eight thousand dollars.
