I am planning to go home in my country to pursue my nursing degree. It is very cheap and I don’t have to work, my parents have to support me :). I am planning to pay off of credit cards except my car that I have a very huge negative equity on it. I am very worried that if I will have my car repo, when I come here in us. No one would let me finance anything, not even a tire. What’s going to happen if someone have a repo but pay off their credit card? Can I take care of it when I come back? I’m planning to stay in my country for 2-3 years.

I have been TDY since april. In Early may i had a car problem which costed me over 2500 Dollars. This but me behind on certain things. Then on top of that I stopped getting paid TDY which takes care of my food and lodging. Being an e-3 in the US. Army without TDY pay doesn't allow me to pay for much...i was paying out of pocket and constantly borrowing money for the past 4 months. My government credit card bill went thru the roof and my tdy couldn't cover it. Now i am behind on the payments 3 months. This must me taken care off ASAP.

Some people were asking for a telephone number for allied interstate. The number they left me were 866-310-3882 or 775-319-1501. However they never answer. Of special note in my search is that Allied Interstate seems to be owned by IRMC customer service 800-811-4214. Maybe they can be sued or maybe 57,000 harrassed people can call their free numbers every day for about a week and flood their lines, also costing them 800 # fees. Maybe leave all the lines open when you call as they do not seem to answer. Any other solutions for crooks? Gordon, Phoenix, AZ

I'm not sure what to do with the credit card debt that I have incurred. I currently have about $19,000 in credit card debt in addition to $14,000 in secured debt(automobile). I will be graduating from college in about six months and then will have to start paying off those loans as well. I just don't know what to do to get things paid off. I'm beginning to feel that my only option is bankruptcy. I have been forced to use my credit cards to pay for my daily living expenses and just don't know what to do to get out of the situation.

I just graduated from college and I am trying to start a business with a friend. Meanwhile I racked up about $5,000 in credit card debt ($4000 on one with interest and $1000 split between two more with another 4-5 months of 0%apr) and I owe another $3,000 on a student loan. Right now I am just able to make my minimum payments and my balance is pretty stagnant on the credit cards. I have been thinking about going through a consolidation service but I don't really know where to start. I rent an apartment and I don't own my car. I really have nothing of significant value.

I been receiving emails all week from Fifth Third bank asking to update personal info. At first, I was just deleting them, but today I opened one up and it was asking for alot of personal info. I don't even bank with Fifth Third. I know there are alot of bogus emails going around from Chase, but this is the first I've seen of Fifth Third.

A credit card comp. named MasterCard _Sterl Direct Pay took 159.95 out of my checking acct. without my permission i am disputing this matter but in the meantime does anyone know who these people are and how do i get my money back? any and all info will ba helpful. Please help me
