what is this company and why did you take 159.95 out my account.

i did not give any one the permission to take any money from my account. i do not have any information. on your company. i do not even fnow who you are. so can you please. send my money back . or tell me what is going on.

The letter that I sent asked for the agreement which authorizes the creditor to collect on the alleged debt, the signed and dated agreement from me conforming to pay the creditor, and the documents regarding the paymentsmade on this account validating the amount.

Just curious as I see many "guest" posts in regards to specific credit issues, do you all think they do a search of some kind and if someone has posted here in regards to what they are searching for that is how they end up here? If so the website is pretty self explanatory why would they think this is a loan company or credit card company?

Hello all- Need some quick advice. I had a credit card that went 120+ days past due b/c I had a financial setback, and now on my credit report it shows as "closed by creditor". I paid last month some of what was due. They already had a collection agency (that doesn't yet show on my report) offer a settlement of 50% off the full balance. Now the thing is that in my online account with the original creditor, I still receive a bill (next one is due in middle of December), and I can make payments online still.

I am concerned about doing anything on-line although I do need help.

Just wanted to let you all know that reporting to your AG's office does work. I had an internet PDL with Premier Processing Group. Their collection company, DMS Marketing (aka LTS Management, aka who knows what else) began to call me at work and threaten criminal prosecution and everything else under the sun. I asked them not to contact me at work, so they took to threatening me via email. So, I filed a complaint w/ the Ohio AG's office and sent all of the correspondence I received and the threats they made over the phone. Victory is mine today!
