Just wanted to let you all know that reporting to your AG's office does work. I had an internet PDL with Premier Processing Group. Their collection company, DMS Marketing (aka LTS Management, aka who knows what else) began to call me at work and threaten criminal prosecution and everything else under the sun. I asked them not to contact me at work, so they took to threatening me via email. So, I filed a complaint w/ the Ohio AG's office and sent all of the correspondence I received and the threats they made over the phone. Victory is mine today!

I recently joined superior debt services in July and am very nervous much like everyone else about not paying my CC and instead depositing money into a special purpose account. I had decent credit prior to the program but was only able to make the min payments. I am extremely afraid that the end result could be a lawsuit. Does anyone know how long a credit card company would take before initiating a lawsuit? My program will take about 30 months to pay off all my debt and it's been only 4 months and I'm already starting to second guess myself!!! Thanks in advance.

I am in debt. The problem is I can pay off debt but I got behind on a chase card and they shot the interest rate up so high I could not make the payment. I have other debt but I am fine I just got a raise and I am doing better but If I could get this one card under control I would be alright. I am currently at least 45 days behind so what would you do,.

I contacted the American Consumer credit counseling center over a month ago, and even sent all of my bills. I did not however, get back with them, as they would not deal with my PDLs. After getting advice on this site however, I feel empowered to deal with those myself, and am wondering if I should let ACCC proceed with everything else. Feedback?

How can I keep them from taking money out of my account? I have written, e-mailed and telephoned,and they still do it. I told them I was paying my bills they were not to take money out,but they still do. How do I stop them?

I havejust had the second payment taken out of my account after disolving my relationship with this law firm. I can't buy food for my family. I have notified them in writing and by e-mail and made the payments to the companies, they still took out out the money. what can I do to stop them from doing this? I am enraged

I just received an email from cashthis.net dba Instant Cash Flow 24/7 and they are willing to settle my pdl for the principle amount only. The guy even said it is okay to MAIL the payments in. I was just waiting for him to say he needed to debit my account for the payments. When I replied back to his first email, I threw a copy of Ohio laws in it stating that no rollovers were allowed, and then he quickly replied back.

Recieved a letter yesterday from the COlorado AG office. Said they were responding the the many complains I filed about an unknown phone number that kept calling in the middle of MY night!
