The Reason why i am in ao much debt is because I moved to texas in june and just haven't been able to get ahead. Me and my sister actually thought that we could make it on our own and afford it. We couldn't and we ended up moving back to pueblo, colorado in september with the help of our parents. Parents can only help so much and we just keep on getting more and more in debt it seems. I just received a call fron allied interstate and the lady "Jessica" was very rude and unprofessional. She cleary violates the fdcpa laws espcially when she spoke to my mom. I didn't appreciate it and want to do something about the antics of the company.

I applied for a pay day loan online. I was then contacted by Route 66 Funding. I declined the loan and told them to remove my info from their database as I was NOT INTERESTED at that time. I WAS NOT removed from their list in fact I received 5 calls a day to my cell# work # and home#. And today I finally gave in as the holidays are coming up. I decided to get the loan. I spoke with someone with a VERY VERY heavy middle eastern accent. They asked alot of questions including my SS# Bank routing and account number, date of birth, and employment info.

I am being charged 4 days in advance on my payday loan. As a result my account is now negative. How do I get out of this mess.

I just got a letter in the mail from Finanical Counselors of America telling me I am being sued by Midland Funding, I called them and they gave me a dicket number, this is the first I have heard about it...I am on disability, my outgoing is more than my incoming and am barely able to scrap by each month,I have nothing for anybody to get..Aspire Visa gave me a credit limit of 300 over 4 years ago,at that time i was working but an injury cause me to become disabled and it took 4 yrs to get my disability...but Aspire kept adding on all sort of fees to bump the amout up to over a 1,000...even tho

they just said they were sending police to my home to have me arrested can they do that? consumer credit counseling is working with me to pay them _________________

i got a debit for $49.95 from PlatinumME? has any one heard of this people,, i thnk they are related to a paydya loan company because i have authorize them to debit that money. i have no idea who they are :?

when and if a person join this company how long do yo have to be in it and what are the fees. i an really angious to know. every one has the same problem i have the paydayloan they are eatting up my finance. i cant pay my impotant bills help in a hurry.
