I just rec'd a call from this company, which only showed the number on the caller ID, from a Suzanne Thompson. She was rude, stated that this was a legal matter that either Mr. XXXX (my cousin) call her or his representative atty. She expected a returned phone call shortly or the police would be involved. So I contacted my cousin & he decided to have his wife call them to get info. This Suzanne Thompson claims that my cousin took out a payday loan online & that he now has 3 affadavits that are being sent with charges of - theft by fraud, wire transfer fraud, FCC internet fraud, etc....

Ok..my husband had received a loan through Northway Debit that was a financial company through a paydayloan place that my husband and I got approved for, well I can relate that one gentlemen in Indiana cause they would not do a payment plan for us either and my husband had to pawn the title to his truck to pay the $275 they wanted...I sent them cause they threatened to garnish my husbands wages from work and everything if we did not pay the full $275, and I had sent them $165 and they accepted it...and was deducting it from his total balance but in the meantime was saying they Northway Debit c

Can anyone help me? I have been recently laid off from work and was scheduled to interview with a company that does a prescreening process. My credit isn't the best, but I have been working hard to clear up old debt, etc. Never filed bankruptcy or anything like that. I just was notified that based on my credit history they are not proceeding with the process for employment. Does this seem fair? How can a company tell me "no" for a job that will not be dealing with money? They have no idea of what the circumstances were to get me in this financial mess. Any suggestions?
