I live in the state of Idaho and I have around 8/9 store front PDL's. The interest on these loans is killing me and I need to figure out a way I can unravel myself from this debt. Can anyone help me?

When I wasnt getting enough money each month I thought it would be a good idea to take out payday advance loans. Then found out I needed to do more to cover those loans. I got my self in a heap of debt. I need help. How can I get these people to work with me and not charge me with fraud since I cant pay them right away? i need and want to do the right thing, I just cant pay them all at this point.

I enrolled today in the a plus debt free program, but iam not sure about my decision, is this preogram good for me to my benefit i need to know about other people that have done the same is it a good idea to consolidate my debts with this company i ow 13,000 and they will charge me 1200.00 for the service.

I'm new here, but I haven't seen a FAQ on this topic, so I thought I would put up a post on what to do when you are contacted by a debt collector. First, a bit about me. I am a consumer attorney, and I spend about a third of my time suing debt collectors. I work in an office with four other consumer attorneys, and all of us sue debt collectors with at least part of our time. It's a fun job. I love what I do, I love my clients, and I love helping consumers. Debt collection seems to be by far the most unsettling to consumers.

I think that they are pretty reliable people and have not done me wrong yet..It is probably regarding a pay day loan...call the # and check it out for yourself....

crs called me today and stated i had taken out an account with another lender, then stated if i planned to take care of this "or the will continue to process", i stated i didnt mind to take care of the account, and asked how much. crs/samantha stated can you pay the full amount today or over a period of time. I stated ill make payments, then they stated they needed to secure the arrangement by checking account. When i told them i had no account and i would send moneygram, they said with no account i had 48 hrs to come up with full amount or else.

recvd statement of claim filed in our county"plaintiff MIDLAND FUNDING LLC-ASSIGNEE OF ASPIRE VISA"Filed by ....atty oa law..atl,ga.. against my father in law and wife for an "aspire"was providian visa that had 250 limit.when it was good my F-I-L put my wife on it to help build credit.then he quit paying after a while.this has been 2-4yrs ago.they are suing for 1,162.24..I know she/they owe thats not disputed,but her credit is back on track and a judgement will hurt badly-we must respond by 11/28.any help please...

My husband passed away 2 months ago and left behind credit card debt. One collection agency already sent a latter to our address with the balance he owed and asked to be paid, it's not a shared account (my name is not on the credit card) and my husband did not have any estates. He had a car that I'm in the process of transferring it to my name but it have a lean holder it's not paid off. I don't have money to pay the cards.......I thought when someone dies the debts also dies.
