Hey ya'll just wanted to let you all know that I submitted an article suggestion to our local newspaper in regards to this website. Tomorrow a reporter is coming out to the house to talk to me more about this website and the IPDL industry. Hopefully the article will run in the next few weeks. I had a loan with QuikPayday in 2005. I never paid them and haven't heard from the since then. They reported on my teletrack report. Any contact info for them??

Some success! Total, we had 7 payday loans. My husband had 2. Well, I've sent all of my letters over and over this week. My husband had ameriloan and Tendollarpayday. Well, I just opened an email from Ameriloan, stating that his account now had a 0 balance! Now more monies were due on this loan. Woot! Now, I also received a reply from I assume Tendollar, because it's the only other one in his name. This one states basically that while my state has it's own laws, the payday lender pretty much has it's own.

My husband lost his job, and my business went under. We sold our house to pay our creditors. We wanted to negotiate with them, but they wouldn't take anything less than owed. Now, 3.5 years later Resurgence Financial served us the court documents. I only work 10 hours a week. Can they garnish my husband's wages if the card was on my name? I don't want to take our cars and belongins, because that is all we have. What can they do to us?

hello, i was wondering if this was the payday loan plce i received a loan from? if so will someone please respond to me asap. im in a bad situation and having a financial hardship with my bills. the situation accured when a company took monies from my account and was not suppose to. this caused me to go into overdrafts, and the bank ended up closing my acoount because they told me that i would never catch up and all my paychecks were being waisted because the bank was taking my funds to cover for what the company had done to me.

I had a debt with this company and they gave me a payment arrangement over 6 weeks. They even went as far as getting me another loan from the same company after I re-paid them! They simply told me that the debt is a debt and I needed to do the right thing and pay it off. I did and that was that. Why don't you just pay the debt off like the rest of us had to? You took the money right???? Well, pay it back! If you make the effort to do the right thing , you will be suprised how much better you will feel and how others will go out of their way to help you! need to know what the statue of limitations on filing a lawsuit in nc and criminal charges. i have been threaten for something that happen 3 years ago. it's false accusations, but i want to know should i be worried.

I would like to know why everyone does not understand what the word settlement means...if they had accounts in collections prior to settling their debts out, they should have all been called at least once by the creditor asking them if they wanted to ******settle****** with a 1 lump sum figure.........i guess patience wears thin when trying to clean up the debt.but not while incurring it!! Confusing huh??? Have a little faith and remember you put your self in debt. Not the law firms or counseling agencies.
