I have credit card debt in excess of 50,000 most of it do to gambling and helping family members,I`m current on all my payments but i`m paying alot of money each month on atleast 7 cards,i was considering bankruptcy becuase it`s starting to affect my health,i`m very depressed please any help would be greatly appreciated.also i do not own a home

I believe this placed called Trinity offered me a mastercard with a $300 credit limit, $170 fee already taken off for the card, $40 annual fee that is taken off and of course $20 must be paid before I can use the card. Are these people crazy or what? What do I look like paying $20 for a credit card just to use it? And $170 has already been taken off? I was foolish with Applied Card Bank. But this is ridiculous. I am not that desperate for a credit card.

So I just got a call back from Amber at AIP, although I'd left a message for Michael to call me back. She wouldn't budge about the UK laws governing the agreement. I specifically asked her if they had a pyday loan license in Oregon and she said yes, then put me on hold and came back and said they are licensed in the UK. Since they are located in DE, I asked how come they don't follow US law. She claims they are only a payment processing company that does the payments foe the UK company. I told her that oregon law reguires that they have a license to to payday loans in oregon.

Took this loan out a while ago, and forgot to pay it off. We got rid of the internet so I totally forgot. I do not have the money to pay them now. Can they take us to court over this or garnish wages??

Does anyone know who Plaza Processing is? They have been debiting money from my account, but I did not take a loan out with them. I used ameriloan, which is another story.
