I have numerous payday loans and recently had my checking account closed. So now I am trying to contact these companies and I am running into dead ends. I just got a call the other day from Bass & Assoc. and they said they now have my account for collections. They want me to pay $821 for one loan and about $800 for another. The first guy I talked with was very rude, but put me through to his supervisor who was very nice and the person that contacted me today was also very nice.

Can anyone give me a recommendation that Langhorne Law helped them settle payday loans? How does it work? Do PDL companies stop debiting account? I am interested but don't know how reputable Langhorne Law is.

I have six payday loans. My fault, I know, and I want to get it right, but they're killing me. I was thinking of closing my bank account and opening a new one. This would stop the ACH withdrawals, I guess. Then I would set up a repayment plan with each company. I live in Louisiana. I don't mind paying them back, but I can't do it every week like I have been. I am worried sick and it's a huge problem for me. Any help you can provide would be wonderful. Thank you.

I recently got married in July and my husband is in the Military. We moved to Southern California with nothing, we used my personal line of credit and his credit card to cover the needed expenses with starting a new place. We have about $7500 in debt and have payments that fluctuate and make it hard to keep track of the payments. Neither of us have good credit, and we need a way to get out of debt and keep solid payments each month.

Well I currently reside in Wisconsin ( where they have no interst caps on payday loans) and I have been working for a large company for about 5 years. Well they just opened a division in Downtown Atlanta, GA (WHERE PAYDAY LOANS ARE ILLEGAL) and I'm trying to get a job transfer. I am leaving this Friday and I have an interview with them on Wednesday November 22. I am really ready to get out of the midwest and I have been planning on moving to Atlanta for several years now. I'm finally ready; mentally, finacially and physically.
