How to get a PIF letter back from PDL company??

Can payday loan providers constantly call your job after you have defaulted on the loan? These people are calling me and others in my office constantly.

I have been trying to take care of this debt with midland but the representative hung up on me told me that he has other calls. I asked him if I could speak to a manager he said there isn't one what else can I do.

I have a debt with AMO Recoveries and am ready to settle but I need a letter to take this off my credit report, How do I go about getting that? They have already told me they would not issue a letter stating that they will remove the bad debt off my credit report. HELP

I was laid off a little over a year ago, i now have reached about 16000.00 in debt. I do have a job but it is getting harder every month the make the mim. Payment due.i have closed one account and been put on a hardship program with that company but the mim. Payment just on the card is 256.00. I do not know what to do anymore my daughter is helping me but the debt has gotten out of control

I have very good standing with all credit cards, doctor bills etc a this time, however 5-10 years ago I had 2 credit cards that are haunting me. They went into collections and are stacking on interest with these stupid law offices. I believe I now owe $3000 on one and possibly $10,000 on the other. I tried to call to settle the bills but they had raised to such obscene amounts I just couldn't bare paying them all that extra money simply because of interest. The original worth of what I spent was possibly $5,000??? if that. Please help.

Can anyone tell me all of the phone numbers of the collection agency, "Fred Hanna & Associates, 1655 Enterprise Way, Marietta, GA," so I can block them. They are calling repeatedly about a credit card debt that was supposed to have been paid by a "in the event of death or permanent disability" insurance policy issued by the credit card company. They don't want to be bothered now so they turned it over to Washingtom Mutual and Washington Mutual turned it over to Fred Hanna. When I tell them LISTEN TO ME, I was insured they change the subject and question my moral integrity.
