asset acceptance llc says i owe them 3697.00 06/05 and Midland credit MGMT says i owe them 1264.00 02/01

exprescash collections has debited my account twice, once for $150. and another for $50. How can I determine if this is going to continue and why?

They called me here at work and i could not understand what the heck they were saying. They insulted me when they asked this question and it was said just like this "were you ever picked up?" i said no, then they said "are you sure?" and i said yes and they said "i do not think so" they were rude and i want to resolve but i could not get a word in edge wise. Where do i go from here???

So AIP has actually been semi nice up until now. I had told them a few weeks ago that my bank account was closed, due to reasons beyond my control. Which is true, I did not close it on purpose. So they decided they would hold off on charging me more finance fees until my next payday. So they called this morning and I told them I'd be happy to send in a money order for the full amount I owe. I just needed an address. They lady told me that wasn't possible, they only take ach payments.

Received a call this morning from mycashnow and an email stating my current balance is $835.98 on an original $500 loan. I had made 2 payments totalling $367.58 and i reside in Indiana. They say imust remit that full payment immediately via western union.. What am i obligated to pay in Indiana...are they licensed in my state?? They are calling now and harrasing my mother-in-law. As I keep reading posts, I keep seeing that one needs to have a good handle on all of the names to which an internet PDL company may do business. How do I find out all of the names for a particular company?

I spoke with some one in collections with Route 66 and I was told that in order for my account to be fixed i needed to call back and speak with some one in customer service. The manager I was told to speak with was name Carmen. Of course when I called I was not able to speak with this lady and one of the customer service ladies with an accent got really angry and started fussing saying that I just can't aask for the manager even tho I was told by the collection lady by the name of Bia.

MY neighbor was contacted by Regional adjustment bureau to give me a message to call them. I have gone round and round with these people. I have asked for proof of the "debt" I owe them. I have asked them to leave me alone or sue me. The neighbor thing takes the cake. I have now filed a complaint with the state Attorney General's Office. It is my understanding that they will have to pay me $1000 penalty for violating fedral collection guideline as outlined in the fdcpa. Do you know anything about this?

Can I settle my account with you by 50% and pay it in full $54 Friday. Please let me know if I can do so. The acct#6011******** and I will pay it Friday, November 17, 2006.
