Who is midland credit management and how do i pay them

do we(those scammed by "bayfeild credit group", as they call themselves) have any legal recourse; if so, who do we contact first?

I am a 30-year-old male who has recently gone through a divorce. I had to basically live off my credit cards for the past two years while giving my income to my ex wife to support her and my child. I am over my head in debt and am looking for a way out. Please help. I have never been very good with money although I have never missed a payment of any kind. I have done everything including donating plasma to make ends meet and I am finally overhead my head.

I've been contacted by ARS collections regarding a credit card bill I let go into collections --current amount is $23,738.84. They're offering me a debt settlement of $14,250 if I can pay the amount in two weeks. They will be faxing me the details. I do not have this amount and according to the rep I spoke with, no other payment option is available. He suggests I take out a personal loan. They will be faxing me details shortly. Who would loan me $14,000 at this point?

i just received a notice in the mail from this group goggins/lavintman regarding a check written in oct 05 off my daughter's acct, who was 17 at the time. i was also on her acct, and informed her i'd be writing the check. she forgot about it and had the bank not pay it as she didn't remember. now, yesterday was the 1st day she got a notice in the mail regarding this and they want to add $100 fee to the $27 check and $30 fee. they said no contact since oct. nothing has even been received from them plus she was a minor. anyone dealt with this company prior? results?

I inquired about a payday loan in October 2006 and was told I was turned down. The next thing I knew money had been deposited into my account by Geneva Roth Ventures and I can't get them to cancel a so called loan. It was deposited into a joint checking account with my husband who I am now separated from and when I asked about repaying in a different form than that account because he closed it, I was e-mailed back and told they don't make arrangements that they are still going to debit their payment from that account. What can I do?

Just an fyi they're now going by a new name ArrowHead Investments. I received a call today from them with the same number and same tactics. I also hope they get shut down real soon, so they can stop harrassing people and making all these false threats. I've hire legal presentation against them.
