Who is Credit Managment??

Tommrrow I start my second job. I will work 40 hours a week during the day and I work 50 hours a week overnight. I owe 11,000 in credit card debt, and about 6000 in miscalaneous debts. and 9500 on my car. I have a gf who is also working two jobs. I make about 1500 every two weeks now with the two jobs. Also my gf makes 1500 every two weeks. Are minimums and basic expenses are about 2000 a month. We will have approx 3000 a month to pay off bills.

I have a payday loan and I decided the only way out of the cycle was to stop payment and work arrangements with the company, only problem being the company does not want an arrangement. What will happen if they take me to court will I go to jail?

Is there a way on this board to look up your user name to find the posts that you have made to see if there have been any responses?? I cant for the life of me remember which was which.

Hi guys. I received my first call, from Arrowhead. I've looked through my papers and can't find anything about them. They are not one of the pdl's that I have listed. Are they under another name? If so, can someone tell me who they are. Thanks!

Dear sir, I was wondering what was delaying my order. After tracking my order, I found out that it was being held at SCOTT DEPOT, WV. I didn?t know where SCOTT DEPOT was. They are not listed in the telephone book. From the tacking information, I called this number 1-866-477- 7529. I told the person who answered that there was no notice left at my door that the my package was delivered. I also explained that I had injured my back and that I could not pick up the package. I was told that SCOTT DEPOT would call me back.

I have a 8 year judgement on me for a $5045.00 credit card debt. I started to pay way back in year 2000. I offered to pay it in full if they would take some money off the bill. they said "no". So I said "see ya". I paid the first C/A $3000.00. Now a new collection agentcy has it and they want $8000.00. and I have been going to court with them. My question is. If the 2nd C/A will not budge on the 8-grand. and except the 3-grant I already paid. Can I call the origial credit card company that I owed and make a deal with them. I am living in Boston.
