We were transfered to this Law office when Credicure went out of business. We are in a debt consolidation program and a large sum of money is deducted from our account automatically every month with the promise of paying our debtors. Two months of payments were deducted with the promise of paying September and Octobers debtors and they were not paid. We are trying as well to contact Richard Brennan and have no luck in getting a response from numerous phone calls and emails. He has lied to us. Saying that October payments were made and they never were.

Any idea what the statue of limitations is in the state of Ohio on an insurance judgment? My son didn't have car insurance. He was involved in 2 different accidents. Both insurance companies filed and received judgments against him, one on 5/21/02 & the other on 6/7/01. His driving privileges were suspended for 5 years in 2001. He is changing his life being able to drive again would enable him to drive himself to and from work and relieve me of another responsibility. Any idea? I thought 8 years.

Has anyone dealing with RA Brennan received any refund or information about refunds? I have tried calling all of the direct lines that I have and all voice mailboxes are FULL. E-mails, previous voicemails and messages are not being returned! Anyone getting somewhere with them?? I have put in a complaint with the BBB and am waiting on hearing from them. If I do not get in contact with someone by Wednesday I plan on going to the bank to dispute the debits on my bank account for the months of August and September. I put a stop payment before they could get the October payment!

Just a FYI for people with Orchard Credit Cards. i have never been late or ever over limit went from 300.00 credit line to 1200.00 in the 3 years.. today i called because i knew the yearly renewal fee was coming just wanted to check when and confirm the amount.. it went from around 50.00 to 99.00 a year.. i cancelled my credit card right there.. they will charge 3.50 a month while i pay it off but 99.00 a year is more then the ones that charge 6.50 a month... Orchard said they sent out something in June and they could of i dont always read the fine print.

Hi I send United Cash Loans a VOD letter months ago,have signed green card from post office, never heard anything else from them until I recieved an e-mail from them today at my work e-mail. The e-maill address link they gave is no good for customersupport(at)pinionpaynow.com, just gives a phone number, no address. Should I send them another VOD letter with copies of the original I sent months back? Also know that thay are on the rip-off report and do not cooperate. Thanks for your help.
