Hi, I live in the state of Idaho and I currently have 8 payday loans that I owe on. I am having a lot of trouble paying my regular bills due to the high interest rate I am paying every two weeks. Can someone give me some advice on how to get out of this never-ending circle? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is it to late once you have received a summons for one charge off credit card to try some sort of debt management? I have 5 big credit cards charged off, 1 has issued a summons for Jan.2007. I don't have lump sums for settlement, but I don't want to lose what i have because of this. Is there any solution at this point?

I sent CASHTODAYLIMITED a settlement letter on 11/08/06, I live in NC. I paid them $200.00 for a $200.00 loan, and now they just called me wanting $200.00 more to mark the acct. PIF...Please help me.......

Well i got married at 18 (why I dont know) and everything was good until my husband quit his job and and just decided he didnt want to do anything anymore. So every credit card we had was in my name. I have 3 regular credit cards totalling about 4,000 dollars. Then I owe about 1500 on this stupid vacuum cleaner (kirby) that my husband wanted so bad and he was making the payments at first. Then I have a shell gas card totalling around 250.00, then some miscellaneous bills that total a few hundred dollars.

I currently hold three payday loans on the internet and one at a local office. Can I make all payday loans into one monthly payment
