I spoke with a lady named Amber and again their English is not the greatest, not that I am being prejudice but it sounded like someone from India. The number they called and left a harassing script message from was 1-718-715-0846 and the company name is United Federal Bank then they say it’s United Processing Division and they are located in FL but yet the area code is NY. I sent cease/desit letter to SGQ Processing and requested where to send the money orders to pay off this debt of $250 loan (fee of $75 = $325).

I have four payday loans that were returned NSF on this payday. I did not receive as much as I expected on my payday to cover all of the charges. The payday lenders are Tremont, Moneystore, Debit One Step and CashUSA. They were returned today and Tremont just called me. They are going to repost my re-finance fee of $150 on my next payday. I have sent an email to Moneystore and am trying to find contact information for Debit One Step and Cash USA. These payday loans were the worst thing I have ever done in my life.

I wrote in an earlier post that I have 3 checks out to pdl companys. (MS, storefront) I have been reading the state law which says they can charge 18% on each $100. Doing the math I'm am paying more than 18% on all of the checks I have out. But I may be overlooking something. $363 for $300 21% ($63) $250 for $205 about 22% ($45) $396.34 for $325 about 22% ($71.34) From the website about the MS law: Maximum Finance Rate and Fees: 18% of check Finance Charge for 14-day $100 loan: $22 apr for 14-day $100 loan: 572%

I have sent the letters to them several times this week with no response. I was wondering how long does it usually take for them to respond. Should I file the complaint since they won't respond? I'm so glad that I found this board. Everyone is very helpful Thanks
