I have four payday loans that were returned NSF on this payday. I did not receive as much as I expected on my payday to cover all of the charges. The payday lenders are Tremont, Moneystore, Debit One Step and CashUSA. They were returned today and Tremont just called me. They are going to repost my re-finance fee of $150 on my next payday. I have sent an email to Moneystore and am trying to find contact information for Debit One Step and Cash USA. These payday loans were the worst thing I have ever done in my life.

I wrote in an earlier post that I have 3 checks out to pdl companys. (MS, storefront) I have been reading the state law which says they can charge 18% on each $100. Doing the math I'm am paying more than 18% on all of the checks I have out. But I may be overlooking something. $363 for $300 21% ($63) $250 for $205 about 22% ($45) $396.34 for $325 about 22% ($71.34) From the website about the MS law: Maximum Finance Rate and Fees: 18% of check Finance Charge for 14-day $100 loan: $22 apr for 14-day $100 loan: 572%

I have sent the letters to them several times this week with no response. I was wondering how long does it usually take for them to respond. Should I file the complaint since they won't respond? I'm so glad that I found this board. Everyone is very helpful Thanks

Bank Of America first denied my dispute of Cash Transfer Centers' ACH dbeit of my bank account weeks after being notified of all revocation. I supplied my documentation proving I revoked it, and today, a month or so later, they have credited the money and also the NSF fee. I am so freaking relieved!
