I received a call from Mr. Esposito supposedly that I had a summons to appear in Providence County Court yesterday morning and wanting to know why I did not appear. this is regarding Seven Group. When I googled the phone number, 888-503-6078, there were several posts and this appears to be a scam. They said they would serve another summons unless I wanted to settle. Said I would have to pay court costs, attorney fees and so on. I was really nervous but after receiving responses on here to another post and the google sight, feel somewhat better. Has anyone heard of them or have experience?

I am in over my head and it's closing in quickly. I am current on all debt but i'm on very thin ice and getting scared, quite frankly. I'm married and well employed as is my husband. I have over $40k in credit card debt as well as a large car payment and equity loan on our home. Our credit score is in the mid to upper 700s and i am trying to preserve that as well. Our interest rates on our credit cards have skyrocketed due to late payments being made my American Express alone is at 27% i believe.

My husband and I have 6 payday loans total. 2 with Plain Green, 2 with Great Plains, and 2 with One Click Cash ( 1 of each in each name). We live in PA and we have paid off and got the loans again just to keep our heads above water. Is there anything we can do? I have read about them being illegal, but I am a bit confused. I know we have paid them at least double the principles in interest. What is the next step?

I have over 10 payday loans in ohio, unfortunately it was too easy to obtain and now I am in way over my head on paying them back. I need to know my options as I just want to consolidate these loans not any other debts I have, as those would be manageble if it wasn't for my stupidity in realizing how to pay these guys back.

There is a so called Payday Support Center advertising on the radio in my town, I called them up and they are telling me that I don't have to pay my online payday lenders because some of them don't have a legal right to operate in my state. With their proposal I would make payments to them for 4 mos., and I would be free of the payday loan debt. They will contact the lenders and negotiate on my behalf and reduce the debt in have. Is this for real???

United Cash went into my bank account and took more from my account than I borrowed. They are calling my cell phone and home phone everyday. I live in Alabama and you can only charge a percentage on loans. United Cash are calling me from 1-800-358-4238 and 1-918-444-8146. They need to stop calling me because I am going to filed a claim with The Attorney General for harassment.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how i can get out of these two payday loans. i have two and they are both 300, they are in california and they are local stores. if i pay them off i will have to borrow again because i will not have any money.. any suggestions on how to proceed? thanks

I got my wages garnished because of default judgement. I won't go into details regarding the documents, however, when I called this CIR office that is located in San Diego, CA they are willing to settle with me less than the garnishment amount that will be taking out from my paycheck each month. The woman that I spoke with, Natalie, said that she will send me the settlement letter, then they want me to put cash of the settlement amount to their Well Fargo account so this way the garnishment can be lifted before my employer withheld it.

I received a call from the office of Finkelstein, Kern, Steinbert & Cunningham threating to sue me so I begin making monthly payments to them which they advised me to make out to Midland Funding LLC. However, a few months later they entered a vol non suit without prejudice in a non official document (that look like a real court document) in the month of January of this year and I just discovered that this month because disputed the debt. They recently sent me a letter stating that they filed a vol non suite (dated Aug 8) and it also stated that they would be submitting it in a court document.
