Hi All, 8 years ago I lost my job and ended up living on my credit cards for several yuears. I would use one to pay off another and eventually it all caught up with me and I couldn't juggle things anymore. I was under the impression that the credit card companies couldn't come after you after a certain number of years but have found out I was dead worng. I was served with papers last year on one card and found an attorney to represent me but he did a lousy job - he didn't negotiate and I ended up paying the full amount plus his fees.

I live in PA and am behind or have defaulted on 7 or 8 internet PDL's that I've gotten online since the end of July. I'm pretty certain I have paid back the principal amount I borrowed on all of them but they continue to debit my checking accounts, even when I've called them to tell them that I was overdrawn (from all of the debits hitting my accounts plus the NSF fees accrued). As a result, I am over -$1500 total in both checking accounts and they are on the verge of charging off.

Hi everyone, Well we found out today that my mom's surgery is scheduled for Dec 1st. She was hoping it would be done within the next couple of weeks. This gives time for the radiation/chemo to work more in her body and help reduce the tumor. The interviews at work went okay Monday. We haven't found out anything more but I'm having some luck with my resumes. I have a couple of interviews scheduled for this week. They were able to do it in the evening. I found a great job in the paper today that I would be perfect for so I'm sending out my resume for that tomorrow.

My supervisor tells me today at work that a lady named Shane called his home; I repeat CALLED HIS HOME twice about me. The first time he asked her if it was a work related matter and she said no. She called again being nasty with him so my supervisor told her not to call his house again and cussed her out. He also told her if she called again, he would have her arrested for harrassment. This lady even said I gave her his home number. I don't even know my supervisor's home number.
