Today I received 7 letters from attorneys stating that Midland LLC had filed a civil lawsuit against my husband. What should I do? I have no money to pay this crditor, whoever it may be.

In 2010 I got a little crazy and stupid and took out 5online payday loans. The companies were: OneClickCash, usfastcash.com,VC Funding Inc,Sure Advance, and Beacon. It was like temporary insanity! It ended up costing my bank account, (I had to pay PNC $1200 to clear it out) and now I find those loans may have been illegal. What can I do, besides ignore the constant calls and harrassment? I just recently learned of first nationals reputation. Unfortunately I have already sent them permission to debt amounts of money out of my account. How (if possible) can I get the amounts back and how can I stop them from retrieving more?

I had a loan with Seven Group. I just received a phone call regarding a summons that they are suing me. I am really nervous and need some advice. The person I spoke to indicated I could be charged double the amount and have to pay attorney fees on this. I sent them a letter indicating they were not legal and that I was only requried to repay the original amount of the loan, $300. I have paid 4 payments of 90 for a total of $360. I have to many payday loans eating at my checking account every payday. I live in Iowa and all of my loans are from internet sources.. can they charge me a different rate than Iowa allows. Are they even legal if they allow rollovers as Iowa law prohibits it.
