In September 2005, I filed Bankruptcy. Do til losing my job of 15 years and health problems.I received a phone call[today] on the answering machine saying to call as soon as possible very important. The number is 800-900-1380 On my credit report there is listed "LVNV Funding LLC". I have no idea who this company is.It reads that the account is Open. I know I have No account with them.. Can anyone tell me who this phone number belongs to? Also who is "lvnv funding llc"? Thanks

I am over my head in debt. I make a good salary. Have had a horrific life which has created some of these hardships. I want to consolidate this debt and get it out of my life. Hi I ran into your site while trying to find info for PD6 Ventures (which I found on your site-Thanks!). I have been stuck in the PDL cycle for over a year also. The last straw for me was the repossesion of my car last week, because I can't afford to pay all my bills due to the PDL fees coming out of my paycheck. This site is awesome because I feel like there is some hope for me. I'm just trying to figure out what my next course of action should be. I have payday loans rolling over that I cant seem to just get rid of. When I get a paycheck, I have to pay off high payday loans then I need to take out another one just to pay my bills. I have a few credit cards and a plastic surgeon bill that are all minor but its the payday loans that are getting to me. If I could alleviate the 500 payday loans every week I would be able to pay all my bills on time.

Hi Everyone, Tomorrow, my husband is going to be tested for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). As you can imagine, I am not doing very well right now. Thankfully, we have great insurance and if the worst is true and it is ALS, we do have alot of options. If I could tell the community one thing after all of this, it would be this: we need to DEMAND universal health care in this country. It should not be a luxury, but a basic right to all Americans, rich and poor. As medical bills are one reason that people go into debt in this country, this needs to be made a priority.
