Well, recently I've been falling back on my payments due to variable income at my job. I should be making good money, since I work at a car dealership. However, things are not all peachy, so I need help finding a way to get myself out of debt as quickly and efficiently, as possible....and that's how the cookie crumbles.

Recently my husband left and his income left as well. I struggled with paying all the bills and got loans to stay afloat. Now i am so over my head that one of my loans is 2 mths past due and the 3 credit cards i have are over the limit and past due by 2 mths. I don't know what to do my checking account each mth becomes over drawn.

Thank goodness for this site! My husband got a letter from AALLC. I looked them up on the web and found this site. But now I have questions. In a nutshell: We received a letter from AALLC for debt that they say husband incurred in 1994 for Tandy/Radio Shack. Husband says he may have had a credit card there but doesn't remember. He worked at Radio Shack for a few months at this time, so it is possible. I pulled his credit reports and there is NO mention of this debt on either of the 3.

Sent me a bill and I started making payments like a dummy. Now they are getting out-of hand of the amount of payments can I still get the debt validated before I make any more payments need help on this one.
