I have an old medical debt that I disputed years ago, after running a current credit report it showed up under a collection agency Rossman & associated in Ohio. I tried to contact them by phone and email but they wont return calls.
Well, recently I've been falling back on my payments due to variable income at my job. I should be making good money, since I work at a car dealership. However, things are not all peachy, so I need help finding a way to get myself out of debt as quickly and efficiently, as possible....and that's how the cookie crumbles.
If there are any moderators out there who speak fluent Spanish has anyone thought about creating a board for our Spanish speaking neighbors. I know they have debt and there are many out there who are preying on this particular group
Recently my husband left and his income left as well. I struggled with paying all the bills and got loans to stay afloat. Now i am so over my head that one of my loans is 2 mths past due and the 3 credit cards i have are over the limit and past due by 2 mths. I don't know what to do my checking account each mth becomes over drawn.
I think you all are crazy. I'm special just like the letter says. LOL... Seriously what is the 1000 page book called? I'm always looking for something to read to waste time.
Thank goodness for this site! My husband got a letter from AALLC. I looked them up on the web and found this site. But now I have questions. In a nutshell:
We received a letter from AALLC for debt that they say husband incurred in 1994 for Tandy/Radio Shack. Husband says he may have had a credit card there but doesn't remember. He worked at Radio Shack for a few months at this time, so it is possible. I pulled his credit reports and there is NO mention of this debt on either of the 3.
I found this company listed on my credit report twice one balance was paid off and the other wasn't i don't know who they are but i would like to know in case i need to dispute this.
Here is the address they gave for it
P.O Box 10584
Greenville, SC 296030584
thanks!
