I have 30,00 in credit card debt, 20,000 in auto debt, and 100,000 int student loans- I am a doctor so I can pay some, but I need to consolidat at least the credit cards- also, many of the recnt charges were made while I was on a mind-altering medication for bi-polar disorder. What do I do?

Ok, I took out 3 payday loans this past year, I've had to close my bank acct because of them. I've paid off 2 and have 1 left called webpayday. I had one payment left w/ them when I lost my debit card and had to get another. I never bothered to contact and tell them this, now I'm getting harrassing phone calls from this woman who wont leave me alone even when I tell her not to call me at work. She calls I hang up on her and she calls right back! When I pick up she goes "payroll please". She says she's going to keep calling all day everyday on the hour if she has too.

Hello all, I'm curious to get some tips on the best way to go about establishing credit for someone whose credit report has no information very blank lol. I would like my husband to start building his credit since he has none, I was thinking maybe he could start out with a store credit card, but figured they wouldn't give it to him since he has no credit history. Any advice you can give, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello all, I'm new to these boards, but have been reading and reviewing posts since I startedd to have difficulties paying off payday loans. It's been a great help to see that I'm not alone...really it's giving me strength. I got into this mess because myself and my son got very sick and don't have medical insurance so we needed the money badly. I had ended up waiting so long to see the doctor that I developed bronchitis. I've seen some great advice and have finally made the decision to sign up.

I have had some run-ins with collectors and most were horrible. You do NOT need to communicate with them by phone and they must stop calling you if you ask them to. I had an agency calling me 4 times a day and once I did the following things it completely stopped. First, go to the Federal Communications Commission website at http://www.fcc.gov/ and download and print the complaint form. If you have more than 1 agency calling you print as many as you need.

Is there anywhere on the Internet that lists companies and business that have had breaches in their security? I have recently had my ID stolen, and would like to try and figure out how. I'd say that I'm very adamant about letting anyone know my SSN and *any* other personal information, but I'd be interested in finding out if any of the few companies having that information have been 'hacked.'

Does anyone know of a place that will give a loan to somebody with no credit, and I also don't own a house?

I have LVNV on my credit report. I disputed this once 3 years ago and got no proof that it was my debt. I do not even remember purchasing anything from Sears at the time. Does the 7 year clock start at the time that Sears sold off this account to Sherman back in 2001
