I recieved a letter from PD6 stating that I received a loan from them and have failed to honor the agrement. They say I owe $690 and have failed to respond to several emails, phone :& mail attempts. I have never heard of this company, I never received a loan from them, nor have I ever been contacted by them before. Do they send these out as a scam to collect money from stupid people? Or has someone maybe stolen my info & gotten this loan? Anyone had this happen to them?

It looks I'm going to be sued for $2,500. I've explained in great detail that I am execution proof at this point. however, I have a 94 vehicle, can they put a lien on this or is it exempt?

I have contacted a payday lender numerous times via email, fax, as well as telephone (they hang up on me), I have also called credit protection Depot, they transfer me to a recording. I am demanding a refund from them. I have paid in over a 2 year period almost $4000. Anyone else I can talk to???

I received a collection letter from J.A. Cambece Law office dated September 13,2006, postmarked Sept. 18. I called them back to set up a settlement plan & was told that I had 2 days to repay the debt of 2,520.58, which was a charged off credit card from Household Bank. I suppose that they sold the debt to CACH, LLC, who is now listed as the owner of the debt. When I called to set up a payment plan to repay this debt, I was told that no payment plan was available. I had to pay the amount by Sept.

I have a question about wage garnishments: Does a company/collection agency/attorney have to give you documentation that they are garnishing your wages? This is in Illinois, if that makes any difference! Thanks!!!
