I put my shotgun next to my door in case a collection agency comes lookin for me. Legally I can shoot them cause there on private property.

I have filed Bankrupcy 4 Years ago and am still having problems making bills. If I could have one mopnthly payment rather then several I think that we can get a handle on things. Please help

I have dug myself in a hole. I had stopped working to attend school full time and I got sick. Well, I also didnt have health insurance at the time. I had to stop my only source of income, which was bartending, and I got behind on payments. My credit has decreased a lot, I tried to get a personal loan through my credit union but they said they cant help me. I am working, but all my income at this time is not helping me get out of the hole at all.

Does anyone happen to know where to find a list of collection agencies who are licensed in the state of Texas to collect. I recieved a letter from PD Recovery, INC. when I called them and asked if they were licensed in Texas to collect, i was told that if they weren't licensed, then they would not be attempting to collect. WHATEVER i've heard that before. Anyone have any suggestions?

Anyway, I'm coaching Rocket football(we're undefeated, by the way!) and I had to take a press release to a local paper. I went in to see the sports' editor. I've written some freelance HS football stuff in the past, and I wanted to know if he needed anything. He got very excited when he saw me, and said he'd been trying to figure out how to reach me since season started. He wants me to cover...exclusively...Varsity football for 3 area high schools.

In the mail today, we got a letter from Capitol One showing the account is paid in full. In the letter they stated they would report the account to the Big 3 as Paid in full with a R9 rating. Does this mean it will drop our credit score? Or will the charge off being removed and a paid in full help increase it?

I put in an application and cannot ring it back up to complete it. What happened to it?
