What do i do about a letter I received in mail saying I have to pay 12000.00 arbitration award to MANN BRACKEN?

If you make an agreement with a collection company to pay with post dated checks and the collection company tries to cash the checks before the day you agreed upon what can you do?

Do they recycle your accounts after they have beeen paid and charge you again?

Anyone have a contact number for ASG that actually works?

I am considering consolidating my pdl debt, and want to hear from anyone who as worked with either of these companies. Do you recommend them?

Hello, i am really hoping someone will be able to provide me with addresses that will get me some respones. After visiting this site and seeing and reviewing all the excellent advice offered. I would like to write debt validation letters to pdl co in whom which i have defaulted in or have paid off or made payment arrangements(in which i actually paying double what i borrowed, this i found out after reading this site). The pdl addresses i am in search of are Cash Transfer;Us Fast Cash; One Click Cash; Cashnet 500;National Loan and TenDollar PayDay.

i have missed a few payments and got behinde and now i need help to fix it

I have a few questions. 1) How would I get in touch with a company called Unifund Corp.? 2)Unifund is reporting a debt that was incurred in 2002 as a charge off. The origanil CC was issued by Providian. Providian has reported it on my credit report twice, and Unifund periodically updates my Credit report with the same debt, so that it appears that it never reaches it's SOL. What this means is that I have 3 negitive reports on my credit for the same debt. Unifund has increased that dept over $2000.00 above the initial charge off amount. We have no contact info on this Unifund Corp.

We are in the process of filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy......we do not have a case number and are desperate to find another solution. We have quite a bit of unsecured debt.....that is all we have. I am glad to see that I am not alone in the struggling to elimnate payday loans from my life. Can someone please give me the name of someone who will consolidate them????
