Hi, First, I want to tell you guys that it has been a God send to find this website and I have been on this site everyday since I found it. I did a copy paste on the template letter settlement letter so that I can use it to get rid of 7 PDLs (all internet) that I have however, the more that I read the more confused I get about who I need to be sending these letters to. At 8:09 P.M. on October 11, my husband received an extremely harrassing call from this phone number. I can't get a match either on reversetelephonedirectory.com or by straight Googling the number. My husband had already informed this company about a week beforehand that we are about to file bankruptcy, which they put into their report. A week later, after 8 at night he informs the caller that he'd just spoken to someone and what the status was. The "agent" said "That's not going to work anymore", then began to repeat "Tell it to the judge" every time my husband attempted to say something.

Has anyone ever used their Bank's option of sending a Bank Check with the banks account information and logo on it to send payments to pdl's? Reason I ask my bank offered me sending a bank check versus a money order. The bank lady told me its as good as cash and its free (at least with my current bank). Your account is no where on the bank check cause you paid for it with cash or the amount was drafted from your account. Of course you mail it out to the lender or creditor.

Well, well, well it seems we all have something in common. 2months ago I started getting the same amount of calls and finally was able to make a settlement with the help of my father. Now in Oct I've yet to recieve a receipt for the $1800 we paid to this company. I called today to complain and Joe Owens..very very rude told me I threw the paper away and that I owe him a thank you for saving me money on my debt.
