I havce tried 4 times the bank who put in an incorrect entry tried to remove the entry and almost removed it except the calendar that says I was late and I paid it off that month not was late. It also says late payment on the date it says on the calendar the only one. I disputed it 3 times and still there nothing corrected? What can I do?

Just recently, every time I try to visit the forums, I get a redirect notice, stating I will be redirected in 10 seconds. Keeps taking me to a groupsense.com. And I do NOT do anything. I return to page I trying to view and I'm again returned to this group sense website. Can't read forums because of this. I've done NOTHING to cause this. Any ideas?? I'm getting tired of the constant redirects. Any help and/or information appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, due to medical expenses, going on disability, and attorney fees for my home that is headed to foreclosure, I am considering stopping payment and settling on 1 or more cards. I have $5000 on my Juniper Card, and my number one choice to settle with. This card is not in my husbands name. Capital 1 $2000 (mine) Capital 1 $3000 (husband) Target $700 (Just me) Citibank $3000 (husband & me) Our credit has already tanked, but I am concerned about being able to rent in the near future. I have noticed in my research that Citi and Cap 1 or more difficult to settle with than Juniper.

various callers from first source called 3rd party (family outside my home) claiming legal action imminent and left phone # for me to call that results in 'dead air' - no way to return these calls & i dont even know who original creditor is. Here's my progress so far: A couple of months ago I was up to 11 PDL/installment loans. I was paying out more than my paycheck every payday just to pay the minimum payments on the installments and only the fees on the PDLs which wasn't reducing the principle at all. After lots of juggling of finances and scrapping together extra $20 here and there I'm down to 8 PDL/installment loans. I'll list my current loans below.
