Hello - I got the most threatening, harrasing phone call at from these people who say they are from Bass Associates and that I owed 800.00 - I was under so much stress I ended up sending them 200.00 by moneygram. When I calmed down I found your website - thank goodness! This morning I called the Florida DA, Bass & Assoc. in Tucson who are collecting info on these people for their own lawsuit and I filed a complaint with the AG's office of citizen's services, the FTC. They harassed me so that I was so rattled. Who are these people? And boy do I feel dumb wiring the money.

Because of my settlement agreement, I cannot mention company names, but this place e-mailed me the signed settlement agreement of another customer they were refunding money to. It had all her private information on it. I e-mailed them back what they had done and told them my settlement paperwork better NOT have gone to someone else. I'll let you know what happens :roll:

Has anyone dealt with SGQ Processing before? I had a pdl with them and sent them a cease/desist letter and proposed payment arrangements for a $250 loan w/$75 fee. The finance fee is incorrect according to our OH state laws, anyway they have now sent to loan to an outside agency and never replied to my proposed payment arrangements. Now they are saying the following since they turned it over to an outside collection agency that additional fees will be assessed to my $325 loan balance with no information on the collection agency. Anyone deal with SGQ Processing before?
