anyone know the fax number for Goggins & Lavintman, PA? there collecting on a bounced check and they keep calling my parents house i need the fax number so i can send a cease and disist letter to them.. im currently sending small payments to them and didnt include them in the t &c plan..

I have about 6 pay day loans. I keep having to get another one to avoid over draft fees. I just got 2 last month. All over the internet and I live in NC. 4 of them I have had since June and the fees are like $89 each.. they are killing me. I want to close my account but I just got 2 new ones and I have not paid on them yet and I am afraid they may try to garnish my wages...what should i do?

I got a call today from a rep with the Fidelity Reserves Corporation who explained their program and fees etc. I was wondering if anyone else around here has use them or heard anything about them-good or bad. But especially anything bad! :shock: I'm feeling pretty paranoid about all this loan consolidation stuff and I want to be sure I'm not going down another bad road here, before I sign up. i paid a debt in full and was given a hand written receipt, upon my request of an appropriate printed receipt with the account number and informetion i was denied, and told it would be mailed to me. 3 days later i had not received the receipt and went to the office again to request a receipt of payment, and was treated rudely and was denied a receipt again, what recourse do i have
