Does Collect America let you make payment arrangements on your account?

I've got 8 payday loans and want to consolidate them. 1 company is calling my work, can I stop them from calling? I don't know where to begin. My bank isn't allowing them to withdraw today, but what about tomorrow? I'm scared at home and I'm scared at work. Any advice?

As I posted earlier, GR did not abide by the arragement that was made (my mistake for not getting it in writing), and debited by account twice for payments. Thanks to information I have seen hear, I decided I am going to try and fight them to get all my money back. I had a $ 300 loan, they told me I had to pay back $ 480 (300 and finance charges). I agreed and here we are. I called them today and said I wanted all of my money($ 480) returned to me as PDLs we illegal in the state of Maryland and I have more than paid back the balance with the finance charges.

has anyone ever dealt with americam liberty financial? If so what is your opinion?Any other suggestions?

A couple of years ago I signed a ARM loan (dumb but done)on my house that freed up money to pay bills.Now it's taking more money from my $15000 cc debt and my debt to income ratio is @ 55%. I got to find a way out of this.

I sent two emails to two different company's on the 27th. I have heard nothing. I know one read the letter because I got a read receipt in my email. What do I do if they continue to ignore the emails? And one more question, Rio Resources sent me a letter back that they would settle if I paid the principal back. I emailed back and said "no way". They haven't sent anything else back either. What do I do about that? I filed with the Attorney General on all of these company's last night.

do you deal with CASH CALL?

I am just wondering how one knows if debt. consolidation is a good idea. I have a lot of concerns. I have heard that some companies say they are paying off the debt when in fact they are not even doing that or not paying the principle. Also, if I am about to buy a car, will this hurt my credit? Another concern is will I have to shell out more money than I am now for minimum payments?

Can someone share with me the contact information/phone number for T & Consolidation? I have tried contacting other companies but they only wanted to draft fees from my bank account. In the meantime, the payday loan companies are running checks through my account in it is desparately in overdraft. I'm afraid my bank is going to close my account. I'm broke every payday because my account is overdrawn before my check gets deposited into it. I want to pay these companies but I can't do it all at once. I have read that T&C can help me resolve this.
