Has anyone deault with interim cash? I sent them a settlement letter and they called me to inform me that they received it but they want me to call them to discuss the letter. But it clearly states in the letter that all correspondence as of the date i sent it must be done in writing so i dont know if i should talk to them? Thoughts??

They called my office today and all the recording said was someone at this number needs to call us about an important court matter Thanks

This is the company that's on my checking account statement that's withdrawing funds for the loan I took out with the internet site, BorrowCashNow. Not sure if I need to e-mail them or just e-mail BorrowCashNow. All I can find out is that BorrowCashNow is located in Las Vegas,and don't have a clue about this Del Prado Holdings, Inc. I live in Florida and I'm having trouble with some payday loan companies. They are not store-fronts here but online ones. They are saying they're going to garnish my wages. Can they do that? If not does someone have a link or site I can read the law at? Thanks :cry:
