Can I see an example of a dedt validation request.. can I send those to the pay day loan companies. i have a pay day loan with pay day select that I have been paying on since January 2006

There seems to be alot of people that are getting sucked into the payday loan arena. I am one of them. What advise can you give someone in the terrible cycle.

I have some outstanding pay day loans that i need to consolidate, how do I do this and what type of letter should I write to the pay day loan companies. I have a payday loan with payday select and i have been paying on it since January 2006.

I'm a college student who is $15,000 in debt, and all from credit cards. This happened so fast and I couldn't stop it, what should I do different now? :oops: I'm so embarassed that I have not even told my parents, because they warmed me and have taught me how valuable money is and how to take care of it. What shall I do?

I have 5 payday loans and I defaulted on on them, figuring I could set up payment arrangements that were more manageable. I did that with one of them...but I am getting threatening phone calls from United Federal, regarding 2 loans with VC Funding and Platinum B Services. The call said that I had until 12:00 to pay them or I would be arrested. Can they do that? How do I find out if they are registered in my state (I live in Maryland). Any advice? Any advice would be appreciated.

I am going to file bankruptcy due to all my payday loans and credit cards, does anyone have any advice for me, or comments they would like to share with me before i offically start the process. I have over 15 payday loans, some i didn't even realize i had, and i am just trying to make ends meet, and i am barely getting by. Asset Acceptance has sent a letter to me with a past due amount from a Utility company from 6 years ago with just the amount and the name of the utility company and nothing else. I have contacted the Utility company, they state they don't have the utility bill available since it was from 6 years ago and gave me a number to contact the collection agency they placed it with. The number they gave was for the Asset Acceptance. AA is stating it will take up to 90 days to get me the Invoice?? Wouldn’t they already have that information and what would take 90 days??

I recieved an automated voicemail from this phone number os 866-307-0278 and I believe they said the name of the company was Acme? Does anyone know anything about this? Please help! Thank you.
